Blake Anderson-Buntz

Blake Anderson-Buntz is working in the hotel business since 1994. He began his career with basic positions and studied in practice the specifics of all hotel services. During 12 years he was working in hotel group Radisson SAS in different countries in Europe and Russia. Having left the position of Deputy Regional Director of Rezidor Hotels & Resorts in Russia and the CIS in 2005, he founded his own company - Hospitality Management. He speaks fluently Norwegian, English, French and Russian.

  • Hotel Anderson, St. Petersburg, Russia: 1 year of working experience as general director - 3 * hotel owned by St. Petersburg Real Estate, was renovated and reopened in May 2004, sold in September 2006; located in the city center and has 140 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a conference room;
  • Radisson SAS Royal hotel, St. Petersburg, Russia: 3 years of work as regional deputy director - subordination directly to the general manager and regional director for Russia, the CIS, the Baltic and Finland, which is responsible for 11 hotels of the hotel group. The main responsibilities were the management of the Radisson SAS Royal hotel, hotel's capacity - 164 rooms, 5 stars. Annual turnover of 12.6 million US dollars (2004); Number of employees – 210,154 - permanent employment, 56 – engaged employment; The hotel has 1 restaurant, 1 bar and the following conference facilities: 4 meeting rooms, 3 conference rooms, area for coffee-breaks); Tasks - planning, budgeting, forecasting, coordinating general managers and monthly reporting to owners and heads of the company, as well as coordinating the direction of marketing and sales;
  • Radisson SAS Alcron Hotel, Prague, Czech Republic: 3 years as Front Office Manager;
  • Radisson SAS St. Helen's Hotel Dublin, Ireland: member of the operational working group, was responsible for the training and coordination of the reception service during the hotel opening;
  • Radisson SAS Hotel Brussels, Belgium: work on the positions of Front Office Manager Assistant, service manager, night manager, deputy night manager, night porter, receptionist;
