The Hospitality Management Company was invited to implement anti-crisis management: not only building repair was needed but also the improvement of service quality up to 5 star hotel standard

Project aim

The symbol of Volgograd - the hotel of the same name situated on the central square - one of the oldest in Russia - the large-scale renovation plan was extended for 5 years and included expenses for 800 million.

The Hospitality Management Company was invited to implement crisis management: not only building repair was needed but also the improvement of service quality up to 5 star hotel standard.

The Hospitality Management Company was invited to implement crisis management: not only building repair was needed but also the improvement of service quality up to 5 star hotel standard. During 6 months our specialist was working on changing the hotel's business processes, making changes in the organizational structure, setting up the sale of services, and conducting preparations for the classification.

Hotel Volgograd opened its doors to tourists in April 2015, after two stages of renovation - this time as a modern five-star hotel.
