These audit results made it possible to carry out measures for optimization work.

Another area of the work of The Hospitality Management Company for Hotel Saint Petersburg: an audit of operational activities. Based on operational audit an action plan was developed and the necessary work was launched in sales department, reception and accommodation departments, economic and technical departments.
