The Hospitality Management Company in co-operation with business hotel Karelia has elaborated a development plan for the hospitality industry enterprises for the next 3 years.

The Hospitality Management Company launched the hotel opening, equipment purchase of the hotel (FF & E), budgeting and forecasting, all activities concerning hotel promotion, recruitment and stuff training and also hotel management process during the first year of hotel's operation.

Hospitality Management was carried out the first stage of the hotel audit by visiting the facility for inspection, an integrated assessment of hotel services performance, an analysis of the automated control systems effectiveness usage and the estimation of useful places coefficient

During weekly meetings with employees of the sales and reservation department, The Hospitality Management Company specialists analysed the market and hotel positioning, provided the trainings of revenue management and jointly created sales strategy. As a result of the first operation year the positive financial achievement became a convincing reason for the extension of the contract and the expansion of provided services range.

The Hospitality Management Company in accordance with the contract signed with hotel "St. Petersburg" conducted a comprehensive audit of the hotel site and electronic sales channels on which the hotel was represented. These results made possible to carry out measures for optimization work.

The Hospitality Management Company was invited to implement anti-crisis management: not only building repair was needed but also the improvement of service quality up to 5 star hotel standard

The specialists of our company conducted audits of all hotel departments. Based on the inspections results, it became possible to identify the problem zones, in which corrective measures were developed and approved together with the hotel owner and department heads.

According to the managerial contract of hotel complex White Rock Castle, the soft-opening of 32 hotel rooms (on the whole the hotel comprises 76 Junior Suites) of Suite hotel – Balchik took place on May 1, 2014 in Bulgaria.
