Technical support of construction projects

Technical support begins with an inspection of the construction site, necessary for further analysis. Hospitality Management specialists will prepare the necessary technical specifications.

Audit of an existing project:

• Issuing recommendations

Presence at the object:

• Ongoing support at production meetings once a week until the launch of the facility (an additional 2 meetings monthly if urgent consultation is necessary)
• Providing recommendations on agreed amendments with project manager during construction.

The success of the future object depends on the correct layout of the premises of a hotel or restaurant. The layout of the room should be functional and elaborate. Mistakes made at this stage of construction are almost impossible to correct in the future.
